The education process starts with the client attending the inspection. You will walk with the inspector through the entire house to learn all about the home. This process is not only to identify defects, it is also to educate you on the operation of the components of the home.
The inspection concludes with a narrative report, summary of the major defects and plenty of photographs to document the condition of the home. A report is printed and submitted to you at the time of the inspection. An electronic report is also emailed to you, your agent and attorney.
